In place of a single drop of fall Seattle rain, on the morning of Jill and Forrest’s wedding, pine needles drifted soundlessly down through the air. Their wedding was a labor of love, as friends showed up hours early to transform the open plot near the Kitsap Memorial State Park wedding lodge into a lush, inviting alfresco reception. The joy was palpable for this one, and there’s nothing more I could ask for to capture.
A note from Jill:
“Forrest and I have a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature as well as clean aesthetics. When we dreamt about our wedding style it needed to honor both of these. We also have a deep love for spaces where loved ones can authentically gather and eat together. Kitsap Memorial State Park allowed our friends and family from far away to experience a piece of the Pacific Northwest nature we love while still having everything we needed for a great party.
I cannot speak highly enough about Anna. She told our story in the most visually beautiful way possible. From engagement photos to the actual day, Anna listened to our hopes and didn’t miss a detail.”
