I had the pleasure of photographing this family in their home on the San Juan Islands on a warm summer afternoon. During my childhood, my parents and I took yearly trips to the San Juans, so I can't help but smile thinking of all the future memories that will be made at this cabin and how nostalgic these photos will feel a decade or two from now.
